Alba doesn’t believe in ‘sweating it out’ in the gym, but everybody knows that moderate exercise is good for you, will help you lose weight more quickly and tone you up. Alba has some clever techniques and moves which, if you want to, you can do at home using ordinary everyday items and that fit around a busy lifestyle.

There is one really easy way to burn some extra calories and I promise you will have fun doing it.  Incorporate a Swiss Ball into your workouts, they are very cheap to buy and you will be working all your core muscles when using one (and that means burning more calories!!).

You can create a whole body workout with a swiss ball in your own home. Start with some of the basic exercises and when you feel more confident with the ball you can try other moves with it.  You may feel a little scared of the ball to begin with but you will soon be best friends with it.
