How to Start Running the Easy Way...

Alba doesn’t believe in ‘sweating it out’ in the gym, but everybody knows that moderate exercise is good for you, will help you lose weight more quickly and tone you up. Alba has some clever techniques and moves which, if you want to, you can do at home using ordinary everyday items and that fit around a busy lifestyle.

If you want to get into running and dont know where to start, here's an easy way to do it.

Start off by going out for about 30 mins, after warming up with a brisk walk for about 10 minutes, walk for 2 mins then jog for 30 seconds. Repeat this till your time is up. 

Next time try jogging for 45 seconds then back to your walk. 

You’ll be running for the whole time you're out before you know it and will feel so energised when you finish. Dont forget to cooldown at the end by doing an easy walk for about 5 mins and then some stretches.
