Alba doesn’t believe in ‘sweating it out’ in the gym, but everybody knows that moderate exercise is good for you, will help you lose weight more quickly and tone you up. Alba has some clever techniques and moves which, if you want to, you can do at home using ordinary everyday items and that fit around a busy lifestyle.

Always listen to your body when you're exercising as to how you're feeling – whether you're feeling really good and feel like pushing yourself that little bit further on that particular day or if your feeling tired and are finding it more challenging than usual doing your regular workout – take it that little bit easier. 

There will always be days when you feel you can do more and other days when you feel like you've already run a marathon before even starting your workout so as they say go with flow - if you feel you have got the energy push yourself a little more but if you're body is feeling tired and you're really struggling then take it a little easier.
