Try to eat something within 2 hours of your workout as this is known as your ‘golden window of opportunity.’ Your body will be craving nutrients in order to replenish all the energy you’ve used up and will be burning fat to do this.

Hi Alba, Ive just ordered the programme and am beginning to wonder if I have done the right thing; I'm rather disappointed that Helen hasn't received a response from you considering that she sent her request in April!!! Regards, northtipp
