Alba is Ali's personal trainer! Quite possibly the friendliest girl on the planet. She is an expert in the small exercises that make a big difference. Alba doesn’t believe in ‘sweating it out’ in the gym, but everybody knows that moderate exercise is good for you, will help you lose weight more quickly and tone you up. Alba has some clever techniques and moves which, if you want to, you can do at home using ordinary everyday items and that fit around a busy lifestyle.
A great way to get exercising if you dont like the gym or cant afford the time of going there is to workout at home. – You can have lots of fun making your own mini-obstacle courses. If it's a nice day you could do it outside using your garden or back yard for this. Use a bench for doing press ups and you could use either a bucket or plant pots to jump over. Be careful not to fall or hurt yourself.
If you're indoors you could do lunges by the kettle, do step-ups on the stairs and some star jumps in between those two. You could try a minute at each one. Remember to pace yourself - start at 30 seconds if you need to and build up.
Or for a real calorie burning workout - as long as its nice outside you could try some cardio outside i.e. jumping over pots, jogging on the spot etc.. and then move inside for the resistance obstacle course doing lunges at the kettle and squats by the sofa.
