If you want to get into running and dont know where to start, here's an easy way to do it. Start off by going out for about 30 mins, after warming up with a brisk walk for about 10 minutes, walk for 2 mins then jog for 30 seconds. Repeat this till your time is up. Next time try jogging for 45 seconds then back to your walk. You’ll be running for the whole time you're out before you know it and will feel so energised when you finish.
