The Gym is boring, will I have to go?
I've found that when I make a proper effort with the gym the weight can just fall off, but I guess my biggest problem is I can find it a bit boring, and especially when it's cold and wet in the evenings I just want to go home after work and stay there.

I must have chocolate, can I?
I sometimes get migraines - and one of the best things I've found to stop them developing is chocolate (I know that goes against all conventional wisdom) - so I need to find a replacement that has the same quick fix effect but without being chocolate!

Why find a replacement? Why not just have a bit of chocolate when you want it? Now I know THAT goes against conventional wisdom BUT what I’ve found is that sustained weight loss has very little to do with the actual food and everything to do with your relationship with food. I’m guessing that if you sometimes get migraines and therefore sometimes have some chocolate that’s not going to make much difference to your waistline. The difference is that when you have re-set your everyday relationship with food and broken the link between food and emotion you’ll not only lose weight easily and keep it off but you’ll get to enjoy plenty of chocolate too, just for a very different reason.

I do OK and then it all goes wrong, will this fix that?
I've changed my mindset a few times and it really works but then something major happens (eg a death in the family) which ruins my routine and all my self-control goes to pot.  How can I maintain/regain the right mind set when a glitch like that occurs?

It sounds like you are almost on the right track but like most people when we are ‘consciously’ doing something (using self control) it’s hard work but fine until something else interrupts our new pattern.
 
The trick is to make the new pattern stick at a subconscious level so that when the unexpected happens you don’t revert back to your previous coping strategy. I don’t want to Yo-Yo

I have no will-power, will it work?
My biggest issue is exactly as you stated.  I have no will power with food OR exercise.  I start off being very "good" eating the "right" foods and going to the gym 4-5 times a week.  Then suddenly I got out to dinner with friends, and everyone is enjoying wine and dessert and French fries. I have an addictive personality, will this work?
I stopped smoking two weeks ago but my problem is that when I stop smoking I seem to replace it with another 'addiction' like food or gum, what can I do about that?

Are there any side effects?
I was just wondering if this product might have any side effects as I have some problems with my heart.

It’s hard feeding different people different meals, will I have to do that?
I was wondering, how do I get round the fact that I need to shop for and feed my Husband and daughter as well as myself?
 
Now I have to eat at times to suit others I find it hard not to overeat on top of eating when stressed and bored etc.
