Question Which fats are my friend? Answer Fats that are found in hard cheeses, cakes, chocolates are the ones that are bad and you should try to eat less of. Fats that can be found in oily fish, nuts, seeds and olive oil are the good ones and actually help burn body fat.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, or so we’re told. I’m not convinced; I rarely eat breakfast, well not at breakfast time anyway. I prefer to get up, wake up and then eat when I get hungry which is normally about ten(ish)… I guess I didn’t even realize that I had a strategy for this until people kept telling me I’ve been doing it all wrong… but it’s the way....
