Getting going – the easy way. I know there is a lot in the box and that’s because I really wanted to give you all you need to lose weight and enjoy being slimmer, happier and healthier. You really do have all you need but most of the questions I get asked are about where you should start. There is so much good stuff in the box that it can feel a little overwhelming, so, here’s the quick....

That's really the question we're all trying to answer, isn't it? Personally. Globally. In our daily choices. In our search for work that fits us. In our efforts for grow our businesses in sustainable ways. Another way of asking this question is, "How can I live in a way that doesn't continually deplete me?" Perhaps a less positive take but it works better for me because it's more....

You are in a mood right now. What mood is it? Check in with yourself. Moods prime us for certain actions and not others. Resignation and resentment are moods that point us toward giving up, blaming, slumped shoulders and limited options. During pregnancy you should be aiming to maintain rather than improve your fitness, which in practice means reducing your exercise intensity and volume to a level lower than before. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, or so we’re told. I’m not convinced; I rarely eat breakfast, well not at breakfast time anyway. I prefer to get up, wake up and then eat when I get hungry which is normally about ten(ish)… I guess I didn’t even realize that I had a strategy for this until people kept telling me I’ve been doing it all wrong… but it’s the way....

Nearly every client I speak to, regardless of whether it is an individual or a large company, tells me they need to change something. This could be anything from an executive looking for work life balance or a large organisation looking to retain their talent. My answer is always the same - " what would you like to happen ", then " how are you going to do this "? This is when things....

More and more people nowadays are recognising the benefits of using hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to overcome day-to-day problems such as smoking, weight issues, stress and anxiety. What is not so well known, is that these same techniques can be used very safely and effectively with children to help them overcome a variety of problems such as phobias, exam stress,....
