You really do have all you need but most of the questions I get asked are about where you should start. There is so much good stuff in the box that it can feel a little overwhelming, so, here’s the quick....

I have built my reputation on being able to get results, FAST and often when many others have tried and failed. That’s why I often travel the globe working with rock stars, celebrities, diplomats and even royalty. So what’s the key to finding the answers? Simple, ask good questions… One of the first questions I often ask my clients is ‘how do you know that?’ It doesn’t matter....

Ok now that got your attention… and actually I’m only half joking. You see because we know it’s not about the food, it’s about your relationship with the food, I’m not going to do anything to discourage you from having a bit of cake with your coffee if that’s what you want. In fact I’m not going to make any comment at all about what you should or shouldn’t be....

Ok I’ll confess I pinched that line from a song – It’s a band called Linkin Park if you’re interested. But I think it’s brilliant and exactly how lots of us are in the world… The veneer that the outside world sees is very different from the real you on the inside. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, or so we’re told. I’m not convinced; I rarely eat breakfast, well not at breakfast time anyway. I prefer to get up, wake up and then eat when I get hungry which is normally about ten(ish)… I guess I didn’t even realize that I had a strategy for this until people kept telling me I’ve been doing it all wrong… but it’s the way....

One of my favorite books ever is Lance Armstrong’s auto biography ‘it’s not about the bike’ It tracks is journey from tour de France winner and cycling super star through his battle with cancer and on to tour de France winner and all round global icon… When I first read it a few years ago I could not put it down… It’s not about the bike, it’s about Armstrong, it’s about his....

More and more people nowadays are recognising the benefits of using hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to overcome day-to-day problems such as smoking, weight issues, stress and anxiety. What is not so well known, is that these same techniques can be used very safely and effectively with children to help them overcome a variety of problems such as phobias, exam stress,....
