If you want to get into running and dont know where to start, here's an easy way to do it. Start off by going out for about 30 mins, after warming up with a brisk walk for about 10 minutes, walk for 2 mins then jog for 30 seconds. Repeat this till your time is up. I always keep track of my clients workouts by writing down what weights they used, how many reps they did and how they felt for each session. Its a great way to monitor your progress from workout to workout.
