Having a goal is great for motivation – whether you want to lose weight for a holiday, or increase your cardiovascular fitness, a goal gives you something to aim for. Set your goals out into Short term, Medium term and Long term, this way your goals wont seem so big and unachieveable with smaller goal posts you're more likely to stick to them and really achieve success.

To lose weight and tone up an exercise routine as well as a healthy balanced diet is needed, in the long run one won't work without the other. If you get the bus to work, get off a stop early and walk the rest for a little extra exercise Try not to exercise too late in the evening as you may find it hard to get to sleep. Just because your exercising dont think its an excuse to eat unhealthy....
