A great way to get exercising if you dont like the gym or cant afford the time of going there is to workout at home. – You can have lots of fun making your own mini-obstacle courses. If you want to get into running and dont know where to start, here's an easy way to do it. Start off by going out for about 30 mins, after warming up with a brisk walk for about 10 minutes, walk for 2 mins then jog for 30 seconds. Repeat this till your time is up.
