Can working out in the morning burn more calories? I personally love working out in the morning, yes I know to some of you this may be madness but my reasons for choosing this time are because It really sets me up for the day after my morning workout I feel ready for anything!! By exercising in the morning it means it’s done. I’m not very good at waiting until the evening to workout....
