I personally love working out in the morning, yes I know to some of you this may be madness but my reasons for choosing this time are because It really sets me up for the day after my morning workout I feel ready for anything!! I always keep track of my clients workouts by writing down what weights they used, how many reps they did and how they felt for each session.
